    block, bfq-sq, bfq-mq: remove trace_printks
    
    Commit ("block, bfq-sq, bfq-mq: trace get and put of bfq groups")
    unwisely added some invocations of the function trace_printk, which
    is inappropriate in production kernels. This commit removes those
    invocations.
